"I have been in and out of shops, personal mechanics, more shops over the past 2 years, trying to get my brakes and rotors fixed.
I found import specialist, and thought I'd give them a try. They fixed the source of my issue by replacing my caliper hardware on all 4 axels and replaced my rear rotors. All less than $700!!
They didn't try to upsell me and was honest about their work. I loved the technician Jacob as he had "car-side manner", and was very thorough.
I will forever be working with Import specialists for any and all work on my Toyota. I worked directly with Phil and Jacob, but the rest of their crew is kind welcoming and friendly."
